Junior Functional Consultant

About the role
Kickstart your career in ERP consulting. You’ll learn Odoo deployment, configuration and data migration hands-on, working alongside our senior consultants. The role is hybrid: office work, remote tasks and occasional client site visits, with travel expenses paid separately.
Candidates with taxation or audit firm experience start on a higher salary tier.
What you’ll do
- Learn to configure core Odoo modules and support business workflows
- Prepare, clean and format product catalogs, opening balances and master data for import in Excel
- Support senior consultants with accounting, project tracking, tax validation and audit readiness
- Run functional checks and basic UAT scripts before client go-live
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, ACCA (part-qualified) or equivalent
- Solid grasp of double-entry bookkeeping and general ledgers
- Strong Excel skills: import/export formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data mapping
- A quick learner with high attention to detail and a keen interest in ERP systems
- Sales or withholding tax experience, or audit firm work or internship — a strong plus
