How long does an implementation take?
It depends on your processes and how many apps you need. After the blueprint, you get a written plan with every phase in it. We won't guess a date before we've seen how you work.
What does it cost?
Every project is priced once we've checked your requirements, so there are no fixed packages. The free health check is where that starts.
Can you move our data from Excel or our old system?
Yes. We clean customers, products, suppliers and opening balances, move them into Odoo, and check them with your team before go-live.
What happens after go-live?
Typically 3 months of free support after go-live (up to 6 on some projects), depending on your contract. After that, ongoing support if you want it.
Will we be locked in to you?
No. You get the documentation and the access. If you ever move on, the next team can pick it up.
