Your main goal is to understand and filter early customer needs:

1. We are seeking a Functional Consultant Executive responsible for independently handling client requirements and executing implementation plans effectively. The role involves analyzing business processes, performing case studies, and translating requirements into functional solutions within the ERP system. The consultant will work extensively with Excel for data manipulation, including the use of functions such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, and support data validation and migration activities. The candidate will interact directly with clients, manage discussions, provide functional guidance, and ensure timely execution of project plans. The ideal candidate should be ACCA qualified or have completed a bachelor’s degree in commerce, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be confident in client handling, and demonstrate the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently.

• Accounting Support: Manage accounting tasks related to project tracking and internal finance.
• Operational Assistance: Assist in different operational tasks to support project execution.
• Teamwork: Work closely with consultants and developers.

Job Description

As a Junior Odoo Developer, you’ll be part of our technical team, assisting in the development, customization, and support of Odoo applications. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of Odoo who’s ready to build hands-on experience and grow into a full-fledged Odoo developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, configuring, and customizing Odoo modules.
• Manage user roles, access rights, and security settings within Odoo.
• Set up and maintain push and pull rules for warehouse and inventory management.
• Work with filters, domains, and record rules to manage data access and reporting.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with senior developers and functional consultants on projects.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Odoo (functional and technical aspects).
• Familiarity with Odoo user rights, ACLs, record rules, and push/pull rules.
• Understanding of filters and domains in Odoo.
